Auction Rules

Read these rules if you participate. By placing a bid you agree to the terms below.

DCTX Pool LLC takes 0% of any bonus. Both the online and live bonuses, plus any side pots, are 100% paid out.

Check Spam, Junk & Promotions

Our emails often land in Spam, Junk, or Promotions. To make sure you receive them, mark this site as a trusted sender.

  • If your sign-up email lands in Spam or Junk, mark it Not Spam / Not Junk.
  • If it lands in Promotions, drag it into your Primary inbox.
01 Bidding
  1. Some rules are subject to change. Always check specific rules in the auctin room.
  2. Always hit refresh after a bid. Do not count on email notifications that you have been outbid — they can be delayed. Hit the refresh button often.
  3. Towards the end of the bonus, follow it in the main bonus room and not in the bidding window.
  4. The minimum and maximum bids will be posted in the auction room .
  5. The maximum bid is double the minimum bid .
  6. No gouge bidding allowed. For example: if the current winning bid is $100, you can’t bid $1,000.
  7. To prevent snipe bidding there is a 3-minute timeframe added to any bid made within 2 minutes of the end time.
02 Identity
  1. If you use a different name and the organizer doesn’t know or recognize you, message them and let them know who you are. Otherwise your bids could be removed.
03 Payment

Cash Only

All payments are CASH ONLY. Please do not Zelle, CashApp, or Venmo.

  1. The winning bidder must pay for the online bonus in cash before the tournament begins, or that team goes back to the next highest bidder.
  2. If the winning bidder will not be present, they must reach out to the team they got and arrange payment. That team can pay in cash, or the bidder can pay someone they know who will be there on Saturday.
  3. If you win a bid and don’t pay, you can’t be involved ever again.
04 Teams & Changes
  1. A team can change players during this online bonus and the bid will be reset to $0 for the new team.
  2. If a team makes any changes or cancels after bids are closed, that team will be removed, payouts adjusted, and the winning bidder will not have to pay.
  3. As players, if you cancel consistently after the online bonus has closed, you will not be able to participate in the online bonus anymore.
05 Winning Bidders
  1. Winning bidders must give at least 1/2 buying option for a single player and at least 2/3 buying option to a doubles team they got. It is the team’s responsibility to reach out to the winning bidder to figure out the details.
  2. Teams must make payment arrangements with the winning bidder prior to the start of the live bonus on Saturday.
06 Live Bonus & Side Pots
  1. There will be an in-person bonus on Saturday, completely separate from this online bonus. The winning bidder of the live bonus must also give at least a 2/3 option to the teams. The live bonus is cash only.
  2. There will also be side pots. Cash only.
    • Paid places determined by how many are in it.
    • Any and all side pots are cash only. Check tournament description for side pot options.
